The Board of Directors of B.I.G. Industries Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that Besitek Konsortium Sdn Bhd (“Besitek”), a dormant
subsidiary of the Company is applying for striking off its name from the Registry pursuant to Section 308(1) of the Companies Act, 1965.Besitek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hypervictory Sdn Bhd (“Hypervictory”), which in turn Hypervictory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Besitek has not commenced business since its incorporation. It has no intention to carry out any business.

The striking off will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the
Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off.
