Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company wishes to announce that the money lending activities (as part of the ordinary course of business) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, B.I.G. Bahtera Sdn. Bhd. for the first quarter ended 31 March 2012 are as set out in the attachment.
