The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 8 December 2010 in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to our announcements dated 8 December 2010, 13 December 2010 and 4 January 2011 on the above.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BIG, PM Securities wishes to announce that the application to the Securities Commission (“SC”) pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue has been submitted on 24 January 2011.

Upon obtaining the approval from the SC on the Proposed Rights Issue, PM Securities will submit an application to Bursa Securities within one (1) month from the date of SC’s approval of the Proposed Rights Issue for the listing of and quotation for the ICULS and Warrants pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue and the new BIG Shares upon the conversion of ICULS and exercise of Warrants.
