The Board of Directors of B.I.G. Industries Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Jabatan Tanah dan Survei, Bahagian Bintulu had rejected  the application for consent to transfer ownership of land title of Lot 2072, Block 26, Kemena Land District, Kidurong Industrial Area, Bintulu, Sarawak (“Lot 2072”) to Pan Wijaya Property Sdn Bhd (the “Purchaser”) via its letter dated 12 March 2013.

Accordingly, the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 June 2012 on the proposed disposal of Lot 2072 entered into between B.I.G. Industrial Gas Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Purchaser is treated as cancelled, null and void.
