Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, B.I.G. Industries Berhad (“BIG”) wishes to announce that the money lending activities (as part of the ordinary course of business) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, B.I.G. Bahtera Sdn Bhd (“Bahtera”) for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2014 are as set out in the attachment.
