Description QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION IN RELATION TO MONEY LENDING COMPANY PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.23(2)(e) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“BURSA SECURITIES”)

Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company (“BIG”) wishes to announce that the money lending activities (as part of the ordinary course of business) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, B.I.G. Bahtera Sdn Bhd (“Bahtera”) for the second quarter ended 30 June 2012 are as set out in the attachment.
